Job Description
Source and acquire Home Loan customers through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, real estate brokers, and customers
Explain home loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation to customers
Manage end-to-end loan processing including login, documentation, credit, and disbursement
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely approvals and disbursements
Achieve assigned monthly sales, disbursement, and revenue targets
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
Track market trends and competitor offerings
