Relationship Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager / Manager .The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing solutions through our platform. The daily tasks include client engagement, customer support, sales development, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive growth and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Customer Support skills
- Sales Development and Business Development skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-Solving and Negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the B2B marketplace is highly valued
