Relationship Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new customers through DSA, channel partners, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
• Sell and cross-sell products such as Home Loans (HL), LAP, SME Loans, Personal Loans, Insurance, and other financial products
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
• Maintain strong relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, and aggregators
• Ensure documentation, KYC, and compliance as per company and regulatory norms
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets
• Track pipeline, follow up with clients, and close deals efficiently
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer retention
