Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to meet customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable products
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features/benefits clearly
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area
• Report daily sales activities to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Two-wheeler (Bike) mandatory with valid license
• Willingness to travel locally for sales activities
• Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Prior retail sales experience is a plus (freshers may also apply)
