About the RoleWe are seeking a responsible and experienced Retail Store Manager to handle complete store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to manage staff and maintain smooth daily operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end store operations including sales and customer service.

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
• Generate and analyze sales & inventory reports using MS Excel.

RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in retail / store management / sales.

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Leadership ability and a customer-focused mindset.
