Rider Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Rider Retention Program Management: Analyze rider pain points and develop strategies to boost rider retention on our platform.
• Rider Journey Improvement: Examine the entire rider journey, from onboarding to the 50th order, and identify areas to improve experience, earnings, and training.
• Maximize Earning Potential: Ensure riders understand and achieve their earning potential, increasing retention.
• Benefit Analysis: Perform cost-benefit analysis for add-on benefits, driving platform loyalty and engagement.
• Data-Driven Solutions: Collaborate with analytics teams to identify inefficiencies, and work with cross-functional teams (product, tech, training, comms, legal) to implement solutions.
• Engagement Campaigns: Run campaigns to foster inclusivity and build Zepto as the platform of choice for riders.
• Automation & Efficiency: Automate tasks, reduce manual intervention, and maintain dashboards for monitoring key metrics.
