Rooftop Solar Sales Executive

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven Solar Rooftop Sales Executive to help customers switch to clean energy and save on electricity bills. If you understand customer needs, can build trust quickly, and enjoy closing high-impact deals, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:-

Generate leads through field visits, local networks, and digital channels

Assess customer sites (basic rooftop assessment) and explain solar benefits

Pitch EMI-based solar solutions with guaranteed savings

Coordinate with technical team for proposals and site surveys

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM updates

Requirements:-

Minimum 3 years of sales experience (solar experience preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication + persuasion skills

Comfortable with field sales and target-based roles

Basic understanding of rooftop solar (training will be provided)
