Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for managing IndiaMART inquiries, inventory updates, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely conversion and smooth operations.

1. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:IndiaMART Management

• Handling daily inquiries/leads received from IndiaMART.
• Calling and qualifying leads.
• Updating lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Responding to customer queries via chat, mail, and phone.
• Ensuring maximum lead-to-conversion ratio.

1. Inventory Handling
2. 
   

• Updating product listings and stock availability on IndiaMART.
• Coordinating with warehouse/store team for stock status.
• Maintaining real-time inventory records.
• Monitoring slow-moving and fast-moving items.

1. Sales Coordination
2. 
   

• Supporting sales team with quotations and follow-ups.
• Preparing Proforma Invoice (PI), Order confirmation, and dispatch coordination.
• Maintaining MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Follow-up for payments and pending orders.

1. Customer Relationship Management
2. 
   

• Maintaining database of clients.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely response.
• Handling repeat orders and feedback.
• 🔹 Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Knowledge of IndiaMART seller panel.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented and organized.
