Office Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 Pm

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily operations, including preparing sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports.
• Track sales leads, follow up on pending inquiries and ensure timely responses to customers.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer queries, product information, and order updates.
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

·       2 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·       Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

·       High attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
