Sales Coordinator

Sales Team Support Coordinator roles involve assisting sales teams with administrative tasks, cold calling prospects, managing dealer communications, and maintaining records using Excel and Tally software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and qualify potential customers for the sales team .

- Manage dealer calls by scheduling follow-ups, tracking interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring timely updates .

- Provide administrative support, including preparing sales reports, dashboards, and MIS using advanced Excel functions .

- Handle data entry and inventory tracking in Tally for accurate financial and sales records .

- Coordinate sales activities, such as meetings, order processing, and performance monitoring to help meet targets.

Required Qualifications:-

Suitable for female candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related fields, plus 1-2 years in sales support

Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Tally ERP for accounting and reporting is essential .

Strong communication skills for client interactions and multitasking in a fast-paced environment .
