Sales Engineer

We are seeking  dynamic Sales Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in industrial sales/banking financials. The role involves selling BT Print’s solutions, including CIJ/TIJ Printers, Laser Marking Machines, and AI Inspection Systems, to manufacturers across industries like food, pharma, beverages, dairy, and electronics, water treatment, pipe and extrusion etc.

 Key Responsibilities :

1) Develop new business in assigned territory and achieve sales targets.

2)Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and site visits.

3)Manage existing customer accounts and build strong client relationships.

4)Collaborate with service engineers for installation & after-sales support.

5)Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.

6)Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

7)Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery/automation.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

Target-driven with problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics preferred)/ MBA in sales and marketing.

2–4 years of sales experience in industrial machinery, automation, or packaging solutions/ any banking financial industry.

Experience in coding & marking/packaging equipment is a strong advantage.

100% travel is there,so candidate should be ready to travel at any location within the given region. 

Two wheeler/Four wheeler is added advantage.( with license )

Salary: Starts from 30000 in hand – 70000 in hand and so on based on experience, expertism, location and market standard.
