Job Summary

The International Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing overseas sales, building strong relationships with international clients, and expanding the company’s presence in global markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities

International Market Development

Identify and develop new international markets and customers.

Research global market trends and competitor activities.

Sales & Business Development

Generate export sales leads through emails, calls, trade portals, and exhibitions.

Achieve monthly and yearly international sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and importers.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and quotations.

Negotiation & Order Finalization

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.

Finalize export orders and contracts.

Export Documentation & Coordination

Coordinate with logistics, production, and documentation teams for smooth shipment.

Ensure proper export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, Certificate of Origin, etc.).

Payment Follow-up

Track payments from international clients.

Handle LC, advance payment, and other international payment terms.

Trade Shows & Marketing

Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.

Promote company products globally.
