Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive who can generate leads and close sales for our digital marketing services through online channels such as email, LinkedIn, and social media. The ideal candidate should be confident in pitching marketing solutions and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients, understand their digital marketing needs, and present suitable solutions.
• Pitch Flamors Media’s services — SEO, Guest Posts, PR, Branding, and other digital marketing services.
• Convert leads into customers through strong communication and negotiation.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing, and client onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads, and prepare weekly sales reports.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in online sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, email, or social media.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and online communication platforms.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
