Job DescriptionGaurav Properties is hiring a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property inquiries, site visits, and closing sales for builder floors and residential projects in Greater Faridabad.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and client inquiries
- Explain property details and pricing to customers
- Arrange and conduct site visits
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Negotiate and close property deals
- Maintain client records and sales reports
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month (performance-based)
