Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Promptly engage and qualify leads generated via IndiaMART to turn inquiries into active sales.
- Account Mining: Re-engage with "old" or dormant customers to understand evolving needs and bring them back into the sales cycle.
- Revenue Expansion: Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies by identifying opportunities for premium features or complementary products.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets through proactive outreach.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, follow-ups, and deal stages in our CRM system.
