Job Title: Sales Executive – Travel Agency

Location: HSIIDC Office, Sector 31, Faridabad, Haryana, India

Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Travel Industry Preferred)

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing Travel agency in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry, and must be confident in handling client interactions, tele-calling, and closing sales. The candidate should be enthusiastic about travel services and capable of converting inquiries into successful bookings.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting domestic and international travel packages, tours, and related services to potential customers. You will be required to understand customer requirements, suggest suitable travel solutions, prepare detailed quotations, and follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Achieving monthly sales targets will be a key performance expectation.

The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong and long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Proper record-keeping is essential, including maintaining customer databases and daily sales reports in MS Excel. You will coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth booking processes, itinerary planning, and overall customer satisfaction.

Strong communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this position. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and good organizational skills are required.
