Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to expand the retail presence of Penguin Clogs in Faridabad through General Trade stores. The role involves visiting footwear retailers, generating orders, building strong retailer relationships, and ensuring consistent product availability.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit footwear retailers and general trade shops in assigned territories in Faridabad.
• Generate new retailer onboarding and expand the dealer network.
• Take daily orders from retailers and coordinate with the company for fulfillment.
• Ensure proper display and availability of Penguin Clogs in stores.
• Build strong relationships with shop owners and distributors.
• Track competitor products, pricing, and market feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain daily sales reporting and market visit reports.
• Requirements1–3 years of general trade sales experience (footwear/FMCG preferred).
• Good knowledge of Faridabad retail market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with retailers.
• Two-wheeler preferred for market visits.
• Compensation Salary: ₹15,000 fix + 10k Incentives (depending on performance)
• Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives
