Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in real estate plot sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into site visits and sales
• Follow up with interested clients regularly
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
• Explain pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly
• Coordinate with sales team for site visits and closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and trust

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate tele sales (plots preferred)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
