Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing property deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and budget.

Conduct property site visits, meetings, and negotiations.

Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and market trends.

Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.

Collaborate with developers, builders, and investors to promote properties.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
