Sales Head

Perform daily data entry, record maintenance, and updating databases accurately.

Manage Excel sheets with formulas, formatting, data cleaning, and basic analysis.

Prepare reports, charts, a Candidate Profile

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on trading experience in industrial chemicals and/or solvents

Must have worked in an organization with minimum turnover of ₹30 Cr or above

Strong exposure to both sourcing and sales (not just desk sales)

Comfortable handling principals, customers, and internal teams

Key Skills

In-depth product and application knowledge

Strong sourcing capabilities (domestic and/or international)

Ability to build processes, pricing strategy, and basic team structure

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to negotiate confidently with suppliers and customers

Commercial acumen and decision-making ability

Compensation

Indicative starting salary: ₹12 LPA

Upper range: Up to ₹24 LPA, depending on experience, capability, and value addition

We are flexible on compensation for the right candidate (skills over CV-padding)

Alternate Hiring Option: In case a suitable senior profile is not available, we are also open to hiring a junior / emerging profile with relevant industry exposure:

Salary range: ₹45,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Scope to gradually build and scale a sales team under guidance

Long-term role with growth and leadership potential summaries as required by the management.

Handle routine computer tasks like printing, scanning, emailing, and documentation.

Maintain files and ensure proper data backup and confidentiality.

Coordinate with other departments for data collection and report submission.

Ensure smooth operation of office systems and troubleshoot basic computer issues.
