🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the Faridabad real estate market, including residential & commercial projects. The candidate should have existing dealer, broker, and channel partner network and the ability to drive site visits, bookings, and closures.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Faridabad real estate market (sectors, pricing, demand-supply) ki complete understanding

Local property dealers, brokers & channel partners ke saath strong coordination

New dealer onboarding & relationship management

Walk-in clients, channel leads & referrals ko convert into sales

Site visits arrange karna aur deal closure tak follow-up

Builder inventory, plots, floors, flats & commercial units ki sales handling

Daily sales reporting, funnel tracking & target achievement

Market competition analysis & pricing feedback management ko dena

Documentation coordination (Booking form, Agreement, Payment schedule)

🧠 Required Skills & Expertise

Faridabad real estate market ka minimum 10–20 years ka experience

Strong local dealer & broker contacts (mandatory)

Excellent negotiation & closing skills

Client handling & relationship building ability

Fluent in Hindi (English basic working knowledge preferred)

Target-oriented, self-driven & street-smart mindset

🎓 Qualification

Graduate (Preferred but not mandatory if experience strong ho)

Real Estate Sales background mandatory
