What You’ll Do:

• Own the growth story for your region’s used car loan business.
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of 5+ Field Sales Executives.
• Build dealer networks, optimize processes, and ensure performance metrics are on track.
• We’re looking for folks who’ve led teams and worked with financial products before. If you’ve done both, you're already halfway there.

The CTC would be at par with industry.
