Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting potential clients, and closing business deals across Pan India locations. The role demands active field sales, self-driven lead generation, and consistent market visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, manage, and follow up on self-sourced leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct field visits to potential clients across assigned regions (Pan India travel required).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Present and promote PPCPL’s PEB & Porta Cabin products effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of client visits, sales activities, and lead progress.
  • Report regularly to management on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Sales/Marketing/Business or a related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same industry (PEB and Porta Cabin manufacturing).
  • Must reside within 15 km of the company’s office location.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for daily travel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve set sales targets.
  • Open to frequent travel across Pan India for project/site visits and client meetings.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: (based on experience and skills).
  • Fuel conveyance allowance at ₹3 per km for official visits in Delhi NCR.
  • Travel, food, and stay expenses for outstation visits are covered by the company.

Additional Notes

  • Candidates will be expected to work only on self-generated leads.
  • Only candidates with relevant industry experience (PEB & Porta Cabin) will be considered.
