Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing key customers, developing marketing strategies, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets
• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team performance
• Handle key accounts and major customer negotiations
• Generate new business through B2B sales, references, and marketing channels
• Review and approve quotations, pricing, and commercial terms
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
• Plan and support marketing activities (portals, exhibitions, branding, promotions)
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (Engineering or Management preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in industrial machinery / welding / fabrication industry preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, CRM tools
