Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales and onboard businesses onto our platform. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our online visibility solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients to help them grow through our marketplace and directory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new business clients across various industries.
• Pitch platform benefits to SMEs, traders, and service providers for listings and lead generation.
• Conduct meetings (field or virtual) with decision-makers to close deals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client on boarding.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or similar roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Comfort with field visits, client interactions, and technology-driven sales.
