Sales & Marketing Manager – KONTROLIX Distributorship Program

Product: KONTROLIX – Factory Production Automation Software

Location: Pan India / Remote + Field Sales

Department: Sales & Business Expansion


Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager who will lead the KONTROLIX Distributorship Expansion Program, generate new partners, and grow software sales in manufacturing industries.

The candidate will be responsible for partner acquisition, B2B sales strategy, marketing execution, and revenue growth.


  • Key Responsibilities
  1. Distributorship DevelopmentIdentify and onboard new KONTROLIX distributors & business partners
  • Build strong channel partner networks across industrial regions
  • Conduct distributor presentations and product demonstrations
  • Manage onboarding and partner activation process


2. Sales ManagementGenerate leads from manufacturing companies

  • Promote KONTROLIX automation solutions to factories
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct client meetings, factory visits, and product demos
  • Handle enterprise software sales cycle


3. Marketing StrategyPlan digital & offline marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate with marketing team for:
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn campaigns
  • Industrial exhibitions
  • Webinars & product launches
  • Develop market expansion strategy

4. Channel Partner SupportTrain distributors on product positioning

  • Help partners close deals
  • Maintain long-term business relationships
  • Monitor partner performance

5. Business ExpansionExplore new industrial clusters

  • Analyze market trends & competitor activity
  • Develop revenue growth strategy
  • Provide management with weekly sales reports
