Senior Business Development Manager (B2B)

Job Summary:


We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager (B2B) to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand enterprise partnerships, and drive revenue through new business acquisition. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in complex B2B sales, relationship management, and strategic deal-making.

This role requires a consultative approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B opportunities and enterprise clients
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles (prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing)
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline


2. Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop long-term partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and commercial agreements
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities


3. Market Expansion

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends
  • Analyze competitors and position offerings strategically
  • Explore new verticals, territories, or channels


4. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Maintain strong executive-level relationships
  • Ensure high retention and client satisfaction


5. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Mentor junior BD or sales team members
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies


RequirementsEducation & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing large or enterprise accounts

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
  • Ability to build C-level relationships
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
