Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Operator who will be responsible for managing photography-related data, ensuring accuracy, and leading a team of data operators. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide and monitor team performance while coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and train a team of data operators

Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of data work

Manage data entry related to photo shoots, clients, bookings, albums, and deliveries

Maintain accurate records of shoots, payments, editing status, and final outputs

Coordinate with photography, editing, sales, and operations teams

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality

Prepare daily/weekly reports for management

Identify errors or gaps in data and implement corrective actions

Improve data processes and workflow efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Proven experience as a Data Operator / Senior Data Executive

Strong leadership and team-handling skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting

Good typing speed with high accuracy

Basic understanding of photography studio operations (preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
