Senior Electrician

Position: ITI Electrician – Panel Wiring & Mounting

Location: Factory / Workshop

Department: Production / Electrical Panel Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ITI Electrician with hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring, component mounting, and testing. The candidate will be responsible for assembling and wiring LT panels as per approved drawings, BOM, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mount electrical components such as MCCB, ACB, MCB, contactors, relays, PLC's, meters, VFDs, SMPS, terminals, and busbars in LT panels.
• Carry out control wiring and power wiring as per GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and SLD.
• Perform crimping of lugs, ferruling, gland fixing, and proper cable dressing.
• Ensure wiring is done as per industrial standards and safety norms.
• Conduct continuity checks, insulation checks, and assist in panel testing.
• Rectify wiring faults identified during internal inspection or client inspection.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper tool usage, and material handling inside the shop floor.
• Follow 5S, safety rules, and quality procedures as defined by the company.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for production targets and corrections.

Required Qualifications

ITI Electrician (Mandatory)

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in LT electrical panel wiring & assembly
• Experience in control panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC/VFD panels preferred

Technical Skills:

Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and BOM.

Knowledge of panel wiring practices and color coding.

Familiarity with electrical tools, multimeter, insulation tester, crimping tools

Basic understanding of electrical safety standards
