•Responsible for documentation of IATF-16949:2016

•Responsible ECN come from customer & submit PPAP Documents.

•Responsible Daily in-House components line rejection analysis (Red bin analysis) &

corrective action for reduce and eliminate problems

•Responsible for POKA-YOKE & Kaizen Activity Calculating Cost of poor quality.

•Responsible Handle customer audit, Product audit, process audit, internal audit &

system audit as per (IATF-2016).

•Responsible for Preparing and submit documents required by customer.

•Responsible for Preparing MRM & present to management.

•Responsible for Fix and improve process parameters (C.N.C & V.M.C.)

•Responsible for ensure Quality at different stages of manufacturing.

•Responsible for Line problem analysis & corrective action implementation.

•Responsible for Internal Quality audit as per IATF -16949.

•Responsible for Monthly calculation of rejection / rework in PPM & take action to

reduce as per company objective.

•Responsible for Eliminate customer complaint by 5 why analysis & cause effective

diagram.

• Responsible for Daily development parts rejection analysis (Red bin analysis) & take

corrective action.

•Responsible for Daily monitoring of QA work and update in daily work board.

•Responsible for Maintaining QMS – Production maintenance quality.

•Responsible for to attend customers complaints and take permanent corrective action-8D.

•Responsible for ensuring quality at each and every stage and check our sub-ordinates for

going as per quality norms / standard.

•To ensure that measuring instruments, gauges and fixture are calibrated properly.

•To manage rejection analysis report and keep in the meeting of organization and trying

to minimize rejection with the help of 7QC Tool, S.P.C. techniques.

• Also working as MR and responsible for implementation of QMS. 

• Responsible for incoming material, in-process quality, outgoing product quality, handling customer

complaints, monitoring and ensuring the set of standardization which cover all the key process i.e. Production/Maintenance/Quality > QA/QC Manager.

•Attending meeting with CEO to review daily system.

•Monitoring all quality department works.

• Monitoring checking Fixture/Receiver gauge manufacturing as

per time line.

•Monitoring and provide Kaizen of QA Department to concerned dept. 

•New supplier development and audit for part development.

• Leading role in cost saving activity.

•Provide training to QA persons to improve their work.

•4 M activity.
