Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise installation of fire fighting systems including hydrant, sprinkler, and fire pump systems
• Ensure installation work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety practices
• Guide technicians and installation teams during project execution

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with Project Engineers, contractors, and site teams
• Assist in planning daily work schedules and installation activities
• Ensure timely availability of materials and tools required at site

Quality & Safety

• Maintain proper quality standards during installation
• Ensure adherence to fire safety norms and project requirements
• Support testing and commissioning of installed fire protection systems

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site progress reports and installation records
• Assist in preparing measurement details and work completion reports
• Coordinate with the project team for updates and technical clarifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Fire Safety / related technical field
• Experience in fire fighting system installation or mechanical piping works

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in fire fighting system installation, MEP works, or similar project site roles.
