Job Description

  • 1. AI Workflow Development & Integrationn8n Agent Deployment: Successfully set up and host an n8n instance (e.g., via Webspace Kit) to automate the end-to-end lead generation process.
  • API Management: Connect and maintain stable links between OpenAI, Apify, Google Sheets, and the company's Zoho Books account.
  • Multi-GST Logic: Build "Router" nodes within workflows to ensure data from Amazon's 5 different GST numbers is directed to the correct Zoho Branches.
  • 2. Process Documentation & SOP Creation
  • Technical SOPs: Draft clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every new AI workflow, similar to existing company documentation for invoice generation and inventory.


  • The "Accountant Bridge": Create and maintain the Excel templates used to bridge data between Busy, Amazon, and Zoho to ensure the process survives staff turnover.

  • 3. System Monitoring & "Control Tower" ManagementError Handling: Build a "Daily Health Check" dashboard that flags broken API URLs or failed workflow executions immediately, preventing a total system collapse.

  • Data Integrity: Perform weekly audits to ensure that the "10-to-1" packing deductions in Zoho's Composite Items match the physical production recorded in Busy.

  • 4. Inventory & Production Automation
  • Digital Production Log: Replace the manual "notebook" system with a digital solution (like a QR-linked Google Form) for the packing team to record FNSKU production.


  • Stock Reconciliation: Automate the export of "Stock Status" from Busy into the Master Google Inventory Sheet to reduce manual entry errors.

  • 5. Internal Team SupportUser Training: Conduct training sessions for the Sales and Accounting teams on how to use the "Beautiful Interface" of Zoho while the background AI handles the heavy data lifting.
  • Feedback Loop: Regularly meet with the packing team to identify "loopholes" in the digital production log and optimize the UI for less-educated staff.
