About the Role 

Mobilise App Lab Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Software Tester (Manual & Automation) to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of our applications. The candidate should be capable of handling both manual and automated testing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple testing assignments in a fast-paced product development environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements. 
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect tracking tools. 
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing. 
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using relevant testing frameworks and tools. 
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand system workflows and requirements. 
• Manage multiple testing assignments and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. 
• Analyze test results and provide detailed test reports and quality metrics. 
• Continuously improve testing processes, standards, and documentation. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 1–2 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation). 
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. 
• Hands-on experience with test case creation, test execution, and defect reporting. 
• Basic knowledge of automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar is preferred. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
• Good listening skills with the ability to clearly understand business and technical requirements. 
• Bachelor’s degree in BA, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or a related field (mandatory).
