Fiber optic cable ka splicing aur testing karna (both fusion and mechanical)

OTDR, Power Meter, and other fiber testing tools ka use karke fault analysis aur performance testing karna

New installations, maintenance, aur emergency repairs ke dauraan accurate documentation maintain karna

Splicing diagrams aur network maps ke saath kaam karna

Safety protocols ka strictly palan karna during field work

Team ke saath collaborate karke field operations smoothly execute karna

Work orders ko timely complete karna aur reports submit karna

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1-2 saal ka experience in fiber optic splicing

Knowledge of OTDR, Light Source, Power Meter, and fusion splicer

Ability to read fiber optic schematics and network diagrams

Good troubleshooting skills and field adaptability

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fiber Optic Splicer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with fiber optic cable splicing, testing, and troubleshooting in both aerial and underground environments. You will play a key role in supporting the expansion and maintenance of our high-speed fiber network.

Responsibilities:

Perform fiber optic splicing in outdoor and indoor environments.

Read and interpret splice diagrams and network schematics.

Conduct fiber tests using OTDR, power meter, and other test equipment.

Maintain accurate splicing records and documentation.

Troubleshoot and repair fiber-related issues.

Adhere to all safety standards and practices.

Collaborate with field crews, engineers, and project managers.
