Job Description

Electrical Engineer requisite years of experience in the field of project engineering & design of large-scale Infrastructural projects and Railway projects. The experience in power distribution system for metro projects or similar projects is highly desirable. The candidate shall have knowledge of basic electrical engineering and experience in following as minimum: 

• Good understanding of Indian and international codes and standards, CPWD guidelines, NBC, NEC, IE Rules and general safety requirements in industrial application.
• Good understanding of design of distribution system, layout design of transformer yard, cable tray/ trench layouts (Indoor and outdoor), Equipment Layouts, earthing layouts, Lighting layouts.
• Understanding of equipment sizing and calculations like transformer, UPS, cable, DG, HT/LT panels, Earthing and lightning calculations.
• Expertise in illumination engineering with knowledge of Dialux software.
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience of Autocad. The candidate should be able to prepare the drawings in Autocad with proficiency.
• Interaction with vendors for various electrical equipment and clearing the offers technically.
• Knowledge of ETAP and CDEGS software will be an advantage.
• Should have knowledge ability to do interfaces with other disciplines as required for completion of design.

Experience & knowledge in ELV system will be an advantage.
