🏫 Job Description: SST (Social Studies) Teacher

Classes: 6th – 10th

• 🎓 Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s Degree (B.A.) with any two of the following subjects:
• History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or Sociology
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) — mandatory
• Master’s Degree (M.A.) in a relevant subject will be an added advantage.
• 💼 ExperienceMinimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
• 🧑‍🏫 Roles & ResponsibilitiesTeach Social Studies (History, Civics, Geography, and Economics) for classes 6th–10th.
• Prepare lesson plans, class notes, and question papers as per syllabus.
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions using maps, charts, and digital presentations.
• Evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Maintain discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with other subject teachers for integrated learning.
• Attend staff meetings, PTMs, and school events as per schedule.
• 💬 Skills RequiredExcellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management ability.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, PPT, online teaching tools).
• Passionate about teaching and student development.

💰 Salary Range₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month
