Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records of all materials and equipment in the store.
  • Update and verify stock levels on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and submit daily inventory reports based on data provided by site engineers.
  • Coordinate with engineers in charge for receiving, issuing, and returning materials.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of all items.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain a systematic filing of material receipts, issue notes, and reports.
  • Monitor consumption patterns and alert management about low stock or excess inventory.
  • Support the procurement team with inventory data and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for material handling.
