About the Organization:

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a global non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to empowering 18-year-old rural youth by offering a FREE one-year training program. This program equips them with essential skills for a successful career in urban areas. As part of our expansion, we are opening new branches in multiple villages near faridabad and ballabgarh

Job Responsibilities:-

Teach and train rural youth in designated villages on employability skills.

- Conduct three sessions daily (2.5 hours each) for batches of approximately 20 students.

- Perform 30 minutes of administrative and operational tasks daily.

- Travel to different village locations to deliver training sessions.

- Utilize basic computer knowledge for teaching and administrative work.-

 Assist students in improving their English, digital skills, and FEA curriculum.

- Attend periodic training visits to Lucknow every 2-3 months.

 Job Requirements:-

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).

- Must own a 2-wheeler or bicycle and have a mobile phone.

- Ability to understand and communicate in basic English (preferred).

- Willingness to travel across multiple villages for training sessions.

- Full-time position: 8-hour split shift between 6 AM and 7 PM, six days a week.

- One-year employment commitment required due to extensive training investment.

 Training Details: - Mandatory 80-90 days training in Lucknow.

- Training location: Scooter India, Gahru FEA, Lucknow.

- Training includes intensive sessions on English, digital skills, and FEA curriculum.

- No leave permitted during the training period (except Sundays).

- Stipend: Rs. 250 per working day (paid weekly to the bank account).

- Accommodation & meals will be provided free of cost.

- Travel expenses (train sleeper class) for training in Lucknow will be covered.

Employment Benefits:-

 Gross Salary: Rs. 14,500 per month to 16000 per month

- Petrol allowance for candidates residing 5 km+ from the branch.

- Room rent support (up to Rs. 3,000/month) for employees relocating 20 km+ from their home village (with a one-year commitment).

Hiring Process:-

-Zoom/In-person Interview through online mode in Meerut.

-Telephonic Interview (2nd round).

Training Completion & Evaluation in Lucknow.- Appointment Letter upon successful completion of training.

Additional Conditions:-
