Technical Engineer

Swaroop Autotechnologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced NABL Technical Manager to lead and manage our NABL-accredited laboratory, specializing in measuring instruments and dimensional metrology.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall technical responsibility of NABL laboratory operations
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL requirements
• Maintain and update quality documents (SOPs, procedures, manuals)
• Handle internal audits, external audits, and corrective actions
• Review calibration results, uncertainty calculations, and reports
• Ensure traceability of standards and control of reference equipment
• Train and guide lab team on NABL technical practices
• Support continual improvement and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience as Technical Manager / Quality Manager in a NABL lab
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL audit processes
• Experience in calibration / measurement of instruments such as:
• 
  
• Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges
• Height gauge, bore gauge, slip gauges
• Thread gauges, plug gauges, ring gauges
• Profile projector / vision measuring / CMM (preferred)
• 
  
• Strong documentation, reporting, and root-cause analysis skills
• Good communication and leadership skills

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with measurement uncertainty and MSA
• Experience in automotive / manufacturing metrology environment
• Immediate joiner preferred
