Technical Facility / Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and services.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and technical staff.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage facility budgets and optimize operating costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Good knowledge of DG, Transformer, STP, WTP, Electrical and Fire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical facility management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, and automation.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and lead a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
