Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller who can handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and convert them into sales. The candidate should be able to communicate clearly and maintain a positive attitude while speaking with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle incoming customer inquiries
• Explain products/services to clients clearly
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Maintain customer database and call records
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English
• Basic knowledge of computer/CRM
• Freshers and experienced can apply
• Confident and persuasive communication skills
Working Hours: (Add time, e.g., 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
