Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales for our software products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of technology/software solutions, and a passion for helping customers find the right digital tools for their business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our software solutions.
  • Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and provide detailed product information.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable software products and packages.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up regularly to close deals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales, preferably in software, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
