Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Telecalling Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from pthe rovided data/leads
• Explain company services (Software, Website, Digital Marketing, AI Solutions)
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings
• Follow up with interested clients
• Maintain call records and update CRM

Back Office Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer database and records
• Update CRM and lead status regularly
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Support billing and invoice coordination
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate between sales and technical team
• Handle emails and documentation
