Job Description:

Sainik Global Academy is looking for a confident and dedicated Telecaller Executive (Female) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with parents and students, providing information about courses related to Sainik School, Military School, and RIMC preparation, and assisting them with the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to parents and students regarding academy programs.
• Provide complete information about courses, admissions, and scholarship exams.
• Handle incoming inquiries professionally.
• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
• Support the admission and counselling team.
• Build a positive relationship with parents and students.

Working Hours:

• 8 hours per day

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Basic knowledge of computer and calling systems

Experience:

• Freshers can apply
• Experience in telecalling or customer support will be preferred
