Job Title: Telecaller (Outbound Sales)

Job Description:

EssenceVeda Life is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team in Faridabad. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell healthcare products through outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote EssenceVeda Life healthcare products
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain and update customer databases regularly
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
