Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation – Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and tenants to generate interest in real estate projects.
2. Client Engagement – Explain property details, project features, pricing, and location benefits over the phone.
3. Follow-ups – Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
4. Database Management – Update and manage customer information, leads, and call status in CRM/software.
5. Appointment Scheduling – Fix appointments and coordinate site visits between clients and the sales team.
6. Customer Query Handling – Address basic queries regarding property types (residential, commercial, plots) and escalate complex questions to the sales manager.
7. Target Achievement – Work towards achieving monthly lead conversion and sales support targets.
8. Market Updates – Keep clients informed about ongoing offers, new launches, and promotional schemes.
9. Professional Communication – Maintain a courteous, professional, and persuasive tone with all prospects.
10. Team Coordination – Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
