Telecalling Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident and goal-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our sales and marketing team by generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining customer communication. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team
• Follow up on inquiries received from marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate call records and customer data
• Schedule meetings or demos for sales engineers
• Handle basic customer queries and route technical questions to the sales team
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems
• Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B telecalling or industrial products
• Prior lead generation or customer support experience
