We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic telesales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, real estate knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to communication. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and providing excellent customer service to prospective clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Sales Conversion: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, offer property details, and guide clients through the sales process, ensuring closure.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client needs, recommend suitable properties based on budget, preferences, and requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of available properties, project details, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Follow-up: Keep track of all leads, follow up regularly, and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
  • CRM Management: Record all client interactions in the CRM system, track lead status, and update client information.
  • Negotiation: Handle price negotiations and close deals with clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch support and after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
