Telemarketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident Tele Caller to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain our products/services, and generate leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain offers clearly and professionally
• Handle customer queries and objections
• Follow up on leads and update call records
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident, polite, and goal-oriented
• Experience preferred, but trainees can apply
