Telesales Executive

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives who can connect with customers over phone, understand their needs, and guide them in choosing the right herbal wellness products. The role involves handling leads, explaining product benefits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Call potential and existing customers from provided leads

Explain product features, usage, and benefits clearly

Understand customer concerns and suggest suitable herbal products

Follow up with interested customers to close sales

Maintain customer data and update call records regularly

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Build good relationships with customers for repeat orders

Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with support team if required.

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, regional languages a plus)

Confident speaking over phone

Basic understanding of sales process

Ability to handle objections and convince customers

Target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of mobile apps/CRM entry
